Join us Saturday, July 25 at 6:00 PM for an elegant evening celebrating Chardonnay in five distinct expressions. Each course will be paired with a different Chardonnay from around the world, showcasing how one extraordinary grape transforms across regions, styles, and winemaking techniques.

From bright and mineral-driven to rich and luxurious, this guided dinner will explore the range, beauty, and versatility of Chardonnay through thoughtful pairings and chef-crafted cuisine.

Join us at EdgeWild for Mexico After Dark, an elevated agave dinner inspired by the bold flavors, vibrant spirit, and late-night energy of Mexico.

This five-course experience features high-end plays on Mexican street food, thoughtfully paired with agave-forward cocktails and spirits. From bright hamachi crudo with aguachile verde to butter-poached lobster with mole blanco, wagyu short rib with mole negro, and a warm Oaxacan chocolate tamal, each course is crafted to showcase refined Mexican flavors with a modern EdgeWild touch.
