Fire Island is our exclusive dinner series hosted inside our glass-enclosed fire pit room, where only fourteen guests are welcomed for an intimate four-course dining experience.

Each evening features a seasonal menu served couple’s style, paired with wines selected to complement every course.

With limited seating and select dates throughout the year, Fire Island has become one of our most sought-after signature events.
