EdgeWild offers a variety of fine wines sourced from select high-end winemakers in California, Oregon, Washington State and Missouri. We acquire their ultra-premium wine (most Parker-rated at 90 points or higher) and then bottle and release it under the EdgeWild name and label. This allows our patrons to enjoy ultra-premium wine at an affordable price.

We also offer a wide range of non-EdgeWild label wines on our cellar list and big guns list. You can enjoy wines from Mount Veeder Winery, Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards, Kim Crawford Wines, Patricia Green Cellars, Benton Lane Winery, Ebony-EdgeWild Wines and more. Our big guns list consists of a collection of some heavy hitters from powerhouse wineries such as Caymus Vineyards, Pahlmeyer, Beaux Freres and Silver Oak Napa Valley.

The Barrel Room

It’s where the last stages of winemaking magic happen. A bonded winery operates onsite in our Barrel Room, where unfinished wine from our West Coast winemakers is aged on premise. Our 10 custom-made French and Missouri oak barrels maintain the capacity to produce more than 2,000 bottles of wine.

The Tasting Bar

The Tasting Bar is the perfect place to tantalize your palette with wine tasting and wine and chocolate pairings. We offer a wide selection of fresh Bissinger’s handcrafted chocolates. And our Wine Club members receive free tastings on all EdgeWild label wines.
