Executive Chef Aaron Baggett is a self-described “southern Missouri boy” with New York City culinary training, so you know you’re going to get just the right twists, turns and balance on traditional American fare. In addition to creating and continuously updating our menu with the EdgeWild culinary team, Chef Baggett has carefully paired each entrée with a suggested wine to fully complete your dining experience.
