He’ll also give expert advice on wine and chocolate pairings and answer all your chocolate questions and needs.

(*Alcohol and beverages not included) We did it up Cajun style last summer and everyone loved it so we’re doing it again this year. (Who knew shrimp and wine could have this kind of effect on people? It must be the Cajun mojo!) We’re going all out Cajun at our 2nd Annual Seafood Boil. We’re spreading newspaper over the tables, boiling shrimp, highlighting our summer wine picks and having a grand evening of family-style dining. This is going to be a Seafood Boil like no other this side of the Mississippi.
